Samuel and Matthew met in the summer of 2021 when both were working on luxury properties in Solana Beach, California. Sam recognized Matt's incredible ability to revolutionize a fixer-upper into a dream home right out of a magazine, and Matt recognized Sam's business and real estate prowess. Neither knew at that time that they would partner together years later to launch Solana Development in Scottsdale, AZ, but this incredible pair is always ready to level up and are excited to bring top-tier design and exceptional quality to every project we deliver.
